Q: Is there any need to market?

A. Strictly speaking no. But if not, you must ask yourself, “Is there any need to be in business?”.

Q. Can you guarantee results?

A. We can guarantee to deliver the services you want and guarantee to significantly improve your chances of achieving successful results. We’d be deeply suspicious of anyone promising more than that.

Q. How much will it all cost?

A. Over time, the cost of appropriate marketing, management and motivational activity will undoubtedly add up. However, the important thing is to regard it as investment rather than pure expenditure. We can help implement systems to ensure you achieve measurable results – so that over time, you can appreciate the return.

Q. What can you do for us that we can’t do for ourselves?

A. A lot of what we might advise you to do, you not only could do for yourselves, but ultimately will have to do. Our clients usually come to us with problems that are more to do with getting started, keeping going, and seeing the wood for the trees, rather than technical difficulties.

Q How can we find time to do everything we need to?

A. Improve time management, reset priorities, delegate, restructure – and, most importantly, stop regarding everything which isn’t “doing the work” as somehow less important and time-wasting.

Q How long will it take?

A. Specific activities should have timescales accompanying them and points at which outcomes are measured. That aside however, marketing, management and motivation are on-going processes which must become core to your business. Approached properly, there will never be an end to them.
