Motivation

For any organisation, from a one-person concern to a large multi-national, the ultimate key to success is the attitude of the individuals involved. A positive attitude leads to improved personal performance, cooperation across teams, innovation and creativity and collective organisational success.  However, few organisations have this level of employee and management engagement and commitment by accident, it is something which has to be created and carefully nurtured, constantly.

Motivation and morale are often closely linked to internal communication and the way individuals and teams communicate horizontally across an organisation and also vertically, between a management and staff. We can help through devising and writing internal newsletters, house-style manuals, speeches and briefings and by conducting internal audits and focus groups to see where the perceived problems lie.

Motivation is closely linked to an individual’s ability to deal with the challenge of change, and we are happy to work with managers and teams through workshops and briefings in order to assist them  and their staff to recognise and welcome the benefits of change. Our BIG Question programme has a number of  workshops we have devised to address these issues, including The challenge of change, Positivity, Business Confidence and Developing Commercial Acumen.

Ultimately high morale comes from personal success and in today’s workplace this can be heavily reliant on developing individual skills in time management, improved confidence, personal branding, networking, relationship building and presentation skills. We can offer individual coaching at all levels to help assist with these and can also help you introduce internal mentoring schemes – particularly relevant for developing an organisation’s rising stars.
